User Testing is the best way to evaluate a Medical Device Usability or the one of any general device. It consists in observing and analyzing the behaviour of individuals when the interact with a device. We are able to perform the test sessions in a simulated environment - which enables us to obtain a true realism level while controlling all of the evaluation factors - as well as in real situation, to collect quality results related to "real life".
We have got an eye-tracking system that makes possible to obtain in real time a person's eyes position into the visual scene that is seen.Thanks to this device, we are able to observe in live the visual journey of participants within a use scenario.
This step makes it possible to obtain feedback from users on a device that has already been marketed and used for several weeks to years, thanks to various methodologies such as questionnaires, field observations or interviews with users.

Creating the protocol
The creation of the protocole is a crucial step in the evaluation preparation. It enables to priorize the different parameters to be evaluated.This document is a good occasion to discuss with the project team before the evaluations moderation itself.
Evaluation report
The results of an evaluation include statistics related to the sucjects' behaviours as well as users satisfaction. Our interactive reports gather all of the encountered problems and our recommendations and we illustrate all of this information thanks to video exctracts.
