Since 2010, I have been supporting medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical laboratories in integrating human factors into the design and evaluation of health products, in order to ensure their usefulness, intuitiveness, safety and ease of use. Being quite creative, I have a soft spot for user interface design, formative evaluations... and red wine. 🍷 I also campaign with HealthSquad, to facilitate the recruitment of participants for the conduct of health studies (patients or health professionals).

Hello, I am Nicolas, ergonomist senior and co-founder of UseConcept. I love making complex devices easy to use and even more when their use is risky ! Thanks to time, I earned in-depth theoretical and practical skills regarding the so called Usability EN 62366 standard and I share them during training courses.

My name is Lea! Passionate about human factors and user-centered design, I like to meet users and offer interfaces that are as efficient as they are pleasant to use. In addition to compiling suitability for use cases for Europe, I have the chance to regularly fly to the United States to carry out the necessary evaluations for FDA certification. More recently, the new mission that was given to me is to take under my wing our great team of ergonomists and to coordinate the implementation of our projects. My two superpowers: create user interfaces that are both aesthetic and intuitive thanks to my keen eye 🦅, and succeed in growing any plant in my office.

Making sure of the writings juridictional conformity, knowing the regulations evolutions, making the procedures quicker and easier, lightening the writing and re-writing tasks, making the decisional procedures more fluid, centralizing the storage of employees-related information, making the time-consuming administrative tasks disappear and assisting my ergonomists colleagues in their complex User Testing missions.Recently, as a Pokemon would do, I have evolved as a brand new moderator to conduct my own test sessions.

Specialized in the analysis and improvement of humans-devices interactions, I like to ensure that every product is adapted and adaptable to every user.Passionate about the research of solutions for everyone's needs, I draw parellels between my job and my CrossFit practice: in both fields, it's about going beyond the limits, adapt to challenges and maintain a methodical approach to reach precise goals.

Hello, I'm Clémence ! I like to make sure that the devices are adapted to humans - every one of them, without exceptions. Because a good interface must include everybody, not only people who are able to read an Arial 12 font and to click on a mouse.Passionate about horse riding, I follow the same principles in my job: anticipating, adjusting, guiding without rushing and avoiding risks. Eventually, ergonomics are a bit like horse riding: you need to understand your partner (the user) to progress together, without friction.

Hey, I am Fabien ! Community Manager Junior, passionate about content creation. Because I am very curious, I like to know about new trends and innovations. I have discovered the field of Health by integrating UseConcept and I find it very challenging to bring into light products and services that allow to make the patients or healthcare professional's everyday life better thanks to different communication tools.
